Allen Rd. is directly off of Route 119, which is also Main St.,
Ashby. We are about a 1/2 mile down Allen, as the crow flies. Look for a blue-gray farmhouse on your left with
a large barn across the street. There is a sign for Michaelmas Farm out front.
When you arrive, please
follow the suggestions for parking below. We request that you are mindful of our neighbors and do not block any
driveways while you are visiting us.
Parking
- In the
Driveway Area (next to the house: 2-3 spaces)
- In the Front Barn (across
from the house: 2 spaces)
- Near the Back Barn (next to the center: 4 spaces)
- All
overflow should park right on Allen Rd., or use Valley Rd (just past our house, down the hill)
Most
of our programs are held in the educational center, which is located at the back of our property. With
the exception of parking in the back barn area, just walk through the wooden fence at the driveway, across the grass
to the back barn (straight ahead of you), and enter through the red door. Signs will guide you. Should you park in
one of back barn spaces...you're already there!
On occasion, a program might be held in the farmhouse.
If this is the case, just come to the front (not the side) door of the house.
Some festival celebrations will
tell you to meet under Grandmother Ash. This is the large ash tree in the open grassy space on the way to
the back barn. Just walk through the gate at the driveway fence. You can't miss her.
Please call
or email if you have any questions about directions or parking.
